Should I marry my fiancee? Her family has housekeepers.

My fiancee comes from a middle class Latin family. Her family has 2 housekeepers. On my last trip to visit her. One of the men on the airplane mentioned that marriage to a person from any country where the family has housekeepers will be difficult. Because the women are accustomed to having people work for them. They are not accustomed to doing things for themselves. This means they will treat you as an employee not a husband.
My question is? Should I marry her? Will her family background, having housekeepers at home, be a problem for the marriage.
