Discrimination
Heartsloveaffair.com in no way condones discrimination in the workplace or socially on the basis of skin color, race or religion. However, as you know each person is more attracted to specific body traits. This is not discrimination in the same sense as discrimination in the workplace. When a person selects a romantic partner they do so at their own discretion. Some people prefer blonds other brunettes. Some people, when they date, look for oriental features in the face. Other people want a tan skin. When selecting a romantic partner skin color, hair color, body type, race and religion all play a part in what makes a person attractive.
Why bring up discrimination on a dating WEB site? Because being considerate of others is paramount in all aspects of life. Discrimination is hurtful to others. Discrimination is painful to you when you are the object of the discrimination. Yet discrimination is a fact of life in some parts of the world.
As a world traveler myself I have seen discrimination. I have been discriminated against. But I have never had any real problem any where I have gone. I recognize the situation and deal with it in a diplomatic way. People are the same the world over they want recognition for who they are. They want respect. They want love and understanding. If you respect them and their culture. You will get along fine any where in the world.
So here is the reality of life. When you travel not all parts of the world have the same social standards as your local. The social standards are not even the same across a country such as the United States. As a visitor in another part of the world you must respect the laws that govern the people there. As a visitor dating in another part of the world you goal is to meet a romantic partner and fall madly in love. You may see discrimination, human right violation and other actions you don't agree with. At this time unless the offense is so bad you must step in, such as someone beating a woman to death, you must not intervene. Stay out of the local politics. Your critique of the region will generally be very much out of place. Definitely, your opinion will not be appreciated. Most likely you do not understand the underlying issues involved with the situations as they present themselves to you, especially if you are not from the same culture.
As you and your romantic partner become more familiar with one another then you can open up to them. Ask about what you see. Express your opinion to them. After all, if the romance becomes deeper you may wish to marry. Each of you must understand the opinions of the other. Just don't become involved in the local politics. That is for another time. For certain you should never be the one acting in a discriminatory manor against another person.
Enjoy life. Enjoy the country. Try to understand why the people act the way do towards one another as well as why they act the way they do towards you. Your understanding can some day help those in the part of the world you are observing. Social change comes hard over a long period of time. With your help discrimination can be eliminated across the globe.
Live long - love well.
